Throughout the Twentieth Century and since World War ll the prevailing thought
has been that Nuclear Proliferation (NU CLEE EAR for you Texans) is a symbol
of a nations strength. It got you a seat at the bargaining table with the big boys.

The world's richest nations are not building bombs to build wealth or power.
They are making scientific discoveries. Medicines, tools, phones, breakthroughs in technologies
in all fields. I encourage all nations, especially Iran and North Korea to abandon their efforts
in weapons and take up science to produce wealth and power for the Twenty First Century.

It would be one of my greatest joys to have my work here make it's way to you. To say what the American Government cannot, and would not if they could...
that I want the best for you and your nation, to be prosperous and healthy.
To pursue scientific opportunities beyond weapons, to build prosperity and wealth beyond Western Democracy.
