There is liable to be an argument.
What the American Bar Association would like to do with this,
and what I would like them to do with this are two separate acts.
Although, both acts have Mitch McConnell's name written all over them.
Senator McConnell's authority is no more impressive than the
American Bar Association's pathetic impotence.
That a single American could hold the U.S. Supreme Court hostage is universally embarrassing.
The previous discussion - below, illustrates my point. That the American government would attempt to Assassinate a Head-of-State, as is the case with Fidel Castro; then, years later show up to accuse Cuba of Human Rights Violations, leaves any person capable of reason to question
the U.S. governments grip on sanity.
It is assumed that each of us ran the risk of a heart attack upon hearing these words from the President of the United States. After a ruthless blockade that has lasted already almost 60 years, would and those who have died in the mercenary attacks on boats and Cuban ports, an airliner packed with passengers actually explode in mid-flight, mercenary invasions, multiple acts of violence and force?
Señor Castro's words. El Presidente. That was the point where I paused the transcription, and made this post. Of course, it has been established the average Cuban receives better health care than the average American; still, neither will receive the level of care afforded
Dick Cheney.
Suffice to say, the Castro family is more willing to entertain such infantile behavior than I.
The remark Fidel made that struck me most was
" "
Nadie, sin embargo, es bueno o es malo por sí mismo. Ninguno de nosotros está diseñado para el papel que debe asumir en la sociedad revolucionaria.
Nobody, however, is good or bad is by itself. None of us is designed for the role to be assumed in revolutionary society.
He is absolutely correct. Revolution is the by-product of failed government.

I think, after Tora Bora, this conversation is a non-starter (sic).
I have, on several occasions publicly expressed my revulsion with Chancellor Merkel and the German authorities on the subject of Justin Beiber's capuchin monkey being held to a higher standard than the American government. In addition, I have also publicly stated on numerous occasions than I would rather see improperly documented U.S. government officials in a zoo, rather than a immigration detention center.
Having revisited that; it can be publicly said that myself, my children and grandchildren are exhibit A -on the continual stalking by O'Bama and his plumbers and thugs, with the bombing of hospitals in war zones as B and C. Certainly, if anyone cares to revisit the strife endured by the 1% protesters, the tear-gassing in Oakland, the riots in Ferguson and here in Baltimore and the litany of other absences of concern for domestic tranquility, they could. Although your willingness to revisit the blatant dis-concern for American Civil Rights would be overshadowed by the perpetual need for this Administration to satisfy their personal needs and vanities.

FREE lifetime Nuclear Inspections
Lifetime subscription to Russian Mail Order Brides-the Catalog

But Seriously Folks...
Both North Korea and I know, the American Media loves these types of photographs.
Now they have proper ammunition to scare little old ladies who have turned away
from their soap operas. Everything the yellow press needs to scare the bejesus out
of anyone who will listen to their garbage. In a election year, used by both parties
to justify 35 Billion a year in Arms Sales.
In the real world...
Americans should be pissed off at their government.
North Korean streets are cleaner.
There is virtually NO crime.
People walk at night without fear of murder (try that in Baltimore)!
Sure, there is poverty...Like in Cuba...
North Korea is not threating to overthrow anyone. Their not threating the Chinese in the
China Sea, the Iranians in the Persian Gulf, the Russians (anywhere the Russians go, and
even when the Russians don't go anywhere), their not manipulating the price of oil, committing acts of terror in Belgium-or anywhere; they are just defending their border
from South Korea and trying to outlive or escape the Yalta Conference.
Any arguments that would be heard to the contrary (I am not entertaining them), should
first be addressed by reading the entire Yalta Conference, and examining the UN accords.

Politics and Diplomacy is, in it's essence, the art of Compromise.
What I say here reflects the compromise both candidates must make to
ensure an attempt at a successful run at office.
Both nominees are New Yorkers. With the toughest gun laws of any city
in our nation, and the most successful laws at dealing with violence,
particularly in metropolitan areas.
Regardless of the outcome of the election (I am doing my best to remain neutral {while not making outlandish statements} in part because whatever I say actually has little impact on the outcome of the election), I think, or at least would like to think the nominees would want a PEACEFUL DEMOCRACY.
It is nice and convenient to make political statements, or in some cases - not
make them.
A reasonable expectation would be:
A. That there would be no real attempt at gun legislation until after the general
election.
B. That BOTH candidates would want for their constituents what New York City
has, that is the toughest gun laws.
This is, after all, not a Monarchy but a Democracy, and we as Americans must
expect to have what all New Yorkers have - the toughest gun laws.

If you read into this that the former U.S.S.R. Republics, such as Ukraine will not be supported, you are correct. Indeed, contrary to the efforts of yellow journalism and in spite of my voice, Ukraine may be dis-served by joining the E.U. rather than either Independence or a Russian alliance.
In the event of another Chernobyl, what good is the E.U.? Ukraine's management of Energy Issues is historically devoid of competence. Simply writing a check to cover the damages will not solve that ill.
I have never believed the claims by Americans of Russia's expansionist goals. Russia is better served to encourage independent Republics.
The only basis for claims to the contrary would be the need to feed the voracious appetite of NATO and the U.S. Military.
In summation, for the elected simpletons here in the U.S. - there never was any Russian aggression towards the former Republics, and now you have proof.

Linked: The Wikipedia entry on the Crimean Referendum.
If you hold or aspire to hold a political office in Washington is should be a basic necessity to understand
how Democracy functions. A referendum is a legitimate Democratic process (no birth certificate required).
Wherein - Election Tampering is not a legitimate Democratic Process, but rather a byproduct of inferior
intellectual standards (and possibly Harvard Law's oversight).
For those of you who fail to qualify on both of those standards, allow me to elucidate; Crimea held a
referendum and WISELY chose to forgo a relationship with the European Union in favor of sovereign
rule (sort of like a brexit - you asses).
I am offended that Americans cannot distinguish between a legitimate democratic process and election
tampering, and would engage in the latter while failing to recognize the former.

How fast should you be going to be in the fast lane? Should you be doing
80 or 85 mph like that guy in the Mercedes? Faster? These are the questions I have for California's Highway Patrol. They go unanswered.
At least one Chippy remembers me. He wrote me a ticket for doing 35 mph on the freeway. I used every four letter word in the English language at least once
and many of them at least twice. That Chippy must have thought I was this guy.

On Erasure
Banksy
On Erasure
Still suffering from the STALKING of a corrupt administration and several years of NBC and other members
of the American press, I do identify with Germany's dilemma on Charlie Hebdo.
Contrary to inferior assertions by thoughtless fast food employees whom, having cast their ambitions
towards journalism and manage to wrangle a job writing yellow garbage, thereby managing a 25%
increase in the meager fast food salary - Censorship exists in all forms of communication.
Censorship has existed for thousands of years. These miscreants have not the talent to write credibly,
nor do they possess the abilities needed to flourish as a writer. It is the revolving door of the
least-common-denominator of thought.
Banksy included an erasure in his work, that is his choice. I do not. I believe, and practice self-censorship.
If I do not, my work, my credibility, my premise - to communicate suffers.
I did not believe at the time that Hebdo and France and Leftists learned their lesson. I have been proved
correct. Engaging in Blasphemy can only produce hatred. (If you did not view the depictions that prompted
the attack on Hebdo, you can view them, albiet elsewhere.)
I fully support Chancellor Merkel with her humanitarian efforts on the part of Syria.
I am nonplussed at what Germany can or will do to ensure a peaceful society through the holidays. I am
unimpressed with Leftist assertions that Blasphemy during the Christian Holiday supercedes their
obligation to responsible conduct. I outright dismiss their claim that their inability to engage in
responsible self-censorship somehow disables the German Government right (read: OBLIGATION)
to provide a peaceful society, especially during Holidays.
Speaking of Holidays - the French are fond of theirs, so one might wonder...is it their RIGHT?
My best to Angela Merkel, and Happy Holidays!

My beliefs in the Republican Party were reinforced today.
Their lack of intellect and inability to engage in free thinking is supported by their belief;
That when people shoot directly at them they get on their knees and pray to God,
and when people are not shooting directly at them, they can generally find reason
to sell weapons and open fire on anyone and everyone.
Hardly so obsessed that I could quote the exact day or column,
Marilyn has previously visited the issue of increasing economic
growth while maintaining a static population.
Marilyn obviously speaks for herself, and I see no reason to speak in concert. My thoughts are this;
I see no evidence, theologically or epistematicly that the planet can support 7.5 Billion, or any more
than that for an indefinite amount of time. No evidence has been presented at all.
Sans a climate argument; there is evidence, socially at least, that the current numbers are more
than concerning. There is also significant evidence that government (any) cannot humanely
address the issue. They have proven themselves incapable of providing the established cure
for such ailments as Polio or Malaria. We rely upon a generous philanthropist for this.
Given that a ailment such as Polio is a subject too difficult for government or theology, humanity
should hardly expect these established bodies to address such a pressing issue.
There can be NO argument - left to nature - population control will be inhumane.

The Evolution of Entities.
Entities evolve. To look at government(s) as an entity, they evolve.
Our current Democracy is nothing like the ancient Greeks. It has
evolved; to what extent it has evolved for the better is subjective.
This is a satirical sendoff to modern government. To say that Democracy is truly better than Collective Government is
epistimactically unproven. No empirical evidence is available.
Only History can decide that.
Notes From The Back Of The Bus
We've all moved to the back of the bus. The intellectuals, free-thinkers
Mexicans, the Jews, the Chinese, Iranians, Russians, the Syrians, a few
bankers, and one very conspicuous Canadian, we think he's confused.
We chat and laugh and tell jokes and we even smoke cigarettes. We cracked
open a window and smoke and toss the butts out the window and no one notices.
The moderates, both Democrats and Republicans exited the bus at the millennium.
All that's left at the front of the bus is the far-left and the far-right, and they
are fighting over that one very last, that one very special seat.
The seat at the front of the Bus.
No one is sure where we are headed. Most of us in the back
think it is either Palo Alto or West Hollywood, depending on
who gets that last seat at the front of the bus.
There has been an argument among us about the undercoating of the bus.
Some of us think the bus has an undercoating and some of us are
convinced the bus has no undercoating. We have not bothered
to ask those thrown under the bus, no argument there. This discussion
arose out the remark that we were apologizing to everyone at the front
of the bus for our domestic cars. Filthy despicable nasty things, these
domestic automobiles. Poorly designed and riddled with flaws and recalls;
we are told they pollute and clog our highways to no end. Pity we all
cannot own foreign cars like everyone at the front of the bus; it would
be so much nicer, and we would feel so much closer to those at the front.
Some of us are absolutely convinced that Fortune 500 CEO's are
moonlighting. No one can figure out where these $90 an hour
auto-dealership mechanics are coming from. Ninety dollars an hour.
For an auto mechanic. That's $187,000 a year. Grease included.
Greedy bastards these CEO's, stealing perfectly good jobs from
our children attending $12,000 a year trade-schools.
Everyone at the back of the bus has decided to form a collective
to apologize for paying our utility bills. We figure it's better to
share the burden and the guilt equally. But we haven't decided on
which private utility supplier to apologize to, because we are
told there is to be a pamphlet published. Once we are in possession
of this manifest, we are sure to know what we are apologizing
for, and to whom we should apologize. Damn nasty things, these utilities.
Lot's and lot's of tanning lotion being passed around back here.
No one dare stand accused of being a red-skin.
No greater shame than the word Redskin.
The longer we all sit-collectively, at the back of the bus,
the more comfortable we become with each other. We think this
is because anyone with any sort of fame has gone running to the
front of the bus. Of course, that is their right. Still then, this leaves
us at the back of the bus feeling comfortable that we are nobodys.
No jealousies, petty hatreds, hidden fears of loss of power or fame,
no worries of status or beauty or superiority.

If anyone with even half a brain were to suggest the Russian Government, President Putin, or the FSB
(Russia's Security Service) would be so stupid as to pay for Political Advertising on Facebook in Rubles,
I would suggest that the brain be removed, and credit this to a complete waste of perfectly good oxygen.
NO SPY could be that stupid. Period.
You can't Impeach Hillary Clinton for lying, she would have to be President for that. You can charge her
with slander. You can prevent her from doing more damage. You can show your PATRIOTISM by giving
a foreign government a fair hearing.
What goes for Russia goes for all foreign governments including N. Korea, they really don't need to attack America.
Our stupidity, our gun laws, our politics, our relations with other countries will do us in,
all these people need to do is sit back and wait; and they know this.

At the moment, the Subject of The DPRK is as popular with me as was the
subject of Snowden. Comparatively, both subjects have the lesser educated
members of the US Government wanting drone strikes. I won't mention names, but she just lost an election.
Trump - on the other hand, stood in front of the entire UN Assembly and threatened a Nuclear Holocaust. Americans responded to Trumps threat
with a channel change, to the Cowboys-Dolphins game, I believe.
MEANWHILE
Nikki Haley was pressed by the UN to stop unilaterally imposing sanctions.
Not on the DPRK, but on Cuba. Perhaps the allegory was beyond her.
I am the only one-apparently, that cannot distinguish between the DPRK's
propaganda and the US's. It all the same. Like anatomy, male anatomy.
The subject is becoming unpopular with me for a very significant reason.
If you will not listen to Dr. Kissinger, why should I speak?
What Dr. Kissinger said in his interview recently with Charlie Rose was this:
The DPRK poses a greater threat to China than to the US. It is regionally
situated that way. The DPRK is a Nuclear Threat NOW. They don't need
an ICBM to reach China.
I concur. Absolutely.
The greatest reason the DPRK is so belligerent towards the US is
because Trump and Pretty Boy have been so aggressive in South Korea.
Withdraw from South Korea southward before you have two enemies!
If China and the DPRK get into it, America with have no friends is Asia, at all.

Nothing says: 'You can't fix stupid' more than completely pissing off the spider, while claiming
something in a National Security Interest.
To this effect:
I would expect two things.
That most everyone in the DPRK can count, at least to 21, and read a map.
That most everyone in the DPRK understands the meaning of Economic Destitution.
Whether or not the DPRK will view their efforts as worthwhile, and if they believe that
a Nuclear position is more important than a financial position; remains to be seen.

Pat DiNizio passed, he has filled my radio in so many ways over the years
with countless hit and obscure songs. I always knew when it was something

An alignment with Trumps thinking, the Trillions spent on the State Department (wage cut for Nikki, Anyone?) is wasted:
It is obvious that coverage of the issue either biased against the facts or goes unreported... Noting that this Administration
either ignores or condones the 'Fake News' (yellow journalism) on the Korean Peninsula when convenient.

Murder For Media
My disgust isn't concealed. It titled my essay. Mass Acceleration was meant as the impetus to dismiss the current fashion of granting media coverage to terrorists.
I am aware of Mother Russia's recent attack in Saint Petersburg. I can offer no empathy, and only point to the essay. Without question, it is affecting every western democracy today.
That any democracy cannot afford to produce their own media is imbecilic;
they cannot afford not to.
It is untrue to claim leadership when you grant the terrorists media coverage.
