I take great joy in reminding my readers Buckley despised the NY Times.

Editorial disclaimers be dammed, this is a fine example of Buckley's demeanor.

I remember the first issue of Heavy Metal, watching the Movie released on it's first day in 1981;

and I remember very distinctly the launch of Apollo 13 and the moon landing being televised.

I offer Space X and Elon Musk a hearty congratulations on their accomplishment.

I want to emphasize the brilliant recapture of the two booster rockets.  This is

an astounding feat, unparalleled by any nation anywhere in history.  I am awed.

I also look forward to expending this kind of energy on a living planet.

Not that this is classified, or could be.  An entire city saw it.

Brilliant journalists that the networks are, they could tell you.

Chain of Command.  Not just any flyboy can violate those

kinds of restrictions, or do so without the press having a field day.

For anyone to blame societies ills on the Bureau is simplistic and self-serving crap.

Especially in the case of the supposed leader of the free world,

and especially in the case of the mainstream press who have been

seen this week -Broadcasting images of screaming children for profit-.

The Bureau, like the NSA, is not in the Television business. They are not enablers.

I am especially angered at the assertion.  Stop blaming a failure of Democracy on a single entity.

If you consider yourself intelligent you would refer to Wednesday's post on this page,

rather than blame a National Tragedy on any government agency.

****  If you really want to stop School Violence than you could suggest the Bureau start by

       profiling southern rednecks and white supremacists.

       Unless you want to assert they're peace-loving. Then you don't have an argument.

I think that admirable.  That you can speak with your wallets

and your fame.  Certainly, the mainstream press has spoken

with their greed and insensitivity.  Spin, misdirection, using the

crisis to raise ratings, and even calling attention to the infamy

(by accusing the victims of being crises actors). Do these

journalists and Monday morning quarterbacks think that the people involved participated voluntarily?

If you accuse the victims of being the criminal, than there is

a sickness, and I believe that part of the sickness is in the press.

Here is a SIMPLE answer, not the only answer. But one that will end up being non-partisan.
